Filipino Sign Language interpreter roster expands to all 17 regions

Accredited interpreters are now on standby in every regional chapter for court proceedings and government transactions.
PKMKPI has completed the build-out of its standby Filipino Sign Language interpreter roster, with accredited interpreters now available through every regional chapter.
Republic Act 11106 declares Filipino Sign Language the national sign language of the Philippines and requires interpreter access in legal proceedings and public services. Deaf members previously had to travel to Metro Manila or wait weeks for an available interpreter.
Requests are coordinated through the regional coordinator listed in the federation directory.
