Livelihood incubator graduates first cohort in CALABARZON
Members completed training in assistive-technology repair, digital services, and small enterprise management.
The CALABARZON Federation of PWDs graduated the first cohort of its community-based livelihood incubator, a twelve-week program covering assistive-technology repair, digital freelancing, and small enterprise management.
Graduates received starter toolkits and were matched with partner cooperatives in Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas. The chapter is now preparing a second cohort with an added track on accessible e-commerce.
Organizations interested in hosting a cohort may contact the national secretariat.
